I. Application:
It is used for continuous production of bright quenching of martensitic stainless steel, bright annealing (solution) treatment of austenitic stainless steel, intermediate recrystallization annealing, final annealing and stress relief treatment of various copper materials and copper alloys.
II. Product Features:
1. The furnace has novel design, reasonable structure, energy saving and high thermal efficiency, stable production quality and safe and convenient use. Simple operation and no industrial pollution.
2. The temperature control method is advanced, using PID intelligent temperature control adjustment instrument, intelligent thyristor. The temperature control accuracy is ±1ºC. It is advanced, reliable, practical and economical in industrial furnaces.
3. This equipment is composed of transmission system, heating system, cooling system, control system and ammonia decomposition gas supply system.
4. The muffle furnace is made of imported high temperature resistant stainless steel material by pressing and welding;
5. Detachable electric heating elements are heated up and down;
6. The steel belt conveys stepless speed regulation, and the mixed gas decomposed by liquid ammonia (75% hydrogen, 25% nitrogen) enters the furnace to achieve the gas protection effect, and the gas direction adjustment device ensures a stable atmosphere.
7. After the product is heat treated by this equipment, the surface is bright and there is no oxidation phenomenon, and the consistency of the processed product is good.
