Hydraulic Station for Intermediate Frequency Furnace
Hydraulic pump station, designed for tipping full furnace load, consists of hydraulic pump and drive motor, emergency pump, motor starting device, oil tank, oil return and oil suction filter device (and overflow prevention device).There is an oil mark in the fuel tank, and the liquid level is displayed at the same time.
The tilting furnace operation table is equipped with oil pump start and stop buttons and oil pump operation indicator lights, and the furnace body (up and down) is remotely operated.
One set of hydraulic pump station realizes one use and one standby.
The valve bodies of pumps and hydraulic valve stations are imported products. The oil cylinder uses 46# hydraulic oil as the hydraulic medium.
The hydraulic pump station is equipped with a heat exchanger to cool the hydraulic oil and ensure the safety of the hydraulic system.
Automatic pump stop function: The hydraulic pump is running but idle for 5 minutes without any operation, and the pump will stop automatically.
