KGCL Energy Saving Power Supply Cabinet
Introduction: The KGCL series power supply can power to an electric induction furnace for preheating, sintering, smelting and heat preservation.
Application: KGCL power supply is a universal equipment, suitable for induction furnaces of various models, such as induction melting furnaces, induction heating furnace, vacuum induction melting furnaces, vacuum heat treatment furnace etc.
Outer Casting: The cabinet of the power cabinet adopts a fully enclosed structure design, and the whole cabinet is made of 2mm steel plate. The protection level is IP54.
Emergency backup
The core components inside the electric cabinet, such as thyristor, capacitor, etc., are equipped with spare modules, and the backup modules can be quickly activated when a certain device is damaged and production is stopped. It can continue to produce without repair.
Fiber Control System

Filter Capacitor

Smart Circuit Breaker

Copper Busbar
The connecting copper bars in the cabinet are made of high-quality T2 conductive copper bars. The direction and connection are designed on basic of electromagnetic simulation calculation to reduce heat generated during the operation of the equipment. In order to keep the copper bars from oxidizing and not fading, anti-oxidation treatment is carried out during production.
Smart Meter
The smart meter can display and record daily power consumption, monthly power consumption, ton of power consumption in real time, which providing reliable and detailed smelting data for users to make production planning and cost accounting.
PLC Remote Console
PLC Remote Console can display the status and data of furnace operation in real time. Users can control furnace through touch screen or keys. There are functions includes automatic preheating, automatic thermal insulation, fault management analysis, data export to provide support for automated production.
