Small Hydraulic Induction Melting Furnace

I. Introduction:
The small hydraulic induction melting furnace is specially designed for metal smelting in the range of 30kg-100kg capacity. This small intermediate frequency furnace is suitable for pouring small casting and it can realize fixed-point pouring, which is very easy to install and operate.

III. Detailed description:

2-1. Hydraulic Pouring Design
Aluminium shell induction furnace is designed to be hydraulic control. Furnace pouring angle can be controled from o to 90 degrees, so the metal liquid can be poured into mold directly.

2-2. Advanced Porcelain Insulated Coil 
The coil is treated with porcelain-fired insulation, which has higher insulation strength and is not easy to cause high-voltage ignition of the product.

2-3.Strict Factory Testing
