Closed Cooling Tower
Working Priciple:
The working fluid (pure water or other liquid) circulates in the coil of the closed cooling tower. After the heat of the fluid is absorbed by the tube wall of the coil, the heat of the tube wall is discharged out of the machine through the top fan. When the fluid temperature is high (over the set temperature), the spray system is automatically activated, and the spray water forms a water film on the wet and hot pipe wall, absorbs heat and evaporates into water vapor, which is carried away by the flowing air, and the water that is not evaporated The water droplets fall into the sump for circulating cooling. The fluid in the coil (softened water or other liquids is closed circulation, the consumption is minimal, and the consumption of spray water is only 1-2% of that after the rectification.
Side-sloping sump for easy cleaning
The inclined structure design of the sewage outlet at the bottom of the sump can easily remove the sewage and deep impurities in the sump.
Special cooling fan
The ventilation system adopts the special axial flow fan for the cooling tower, the forward-inclined fan blade structure design, the streamlined inlet air duct, the small wind resistance, the large air volume, the low noise, the good performance and the high efficiency.
Heat Exchanger
The cooling coils are welded by high-quality 304 stainless steel pipes, and the coils are welded, assembled and integrated through the air-tightness test of 1.6Mpa in water. Enhanced coil corrosion resistance and extended service life.
Shell
The shell of the product is made of well-known brand aluminized zinc plate, which is one of the plates with strong corrosion resistance today, and has the advantages of strong heat resistance, high heat resistance and beautiful appearance.
Circulating pump
small size. The installation volume is small, the weight is light, and the straight pipe can be easily installed in the middle of the pipeline.
Silent design. The motor adopts a low-noise fully enclosed splash-proof and dust-proof outdoor motor.
Due to the mechanical seal, water leakage is prevented, and it is durable and easy to protect and maintain.
Anti-rust treatment. The epoxy pump body of the LP pump is made of precision casting, which is strong and has a long service life.
Advanced Water Distribution System - Sprinklers
The cooling water spray system of the product adopts a basket-type nozzle with large flow and anti-clogging, which ensures the continuous and uniform water distribution, improving the heat transfer effect.
PVC air inlet grille
The unique PVC high-efficiency air inlet grille changes the airflow direction three times to ensure efficient ventilation, and at the same time, the drift rate of spray water is less than 0.001%, making it possible to place the equipment in water-sensitive areas.
