Three combustion systems for choosing
1. Features of the regenerative combustion system: the heating rate and melting rate are fast. When the temperature in the furnace is greater than 600 °C, the system automatically switches from the rapid melting mode to the energy-saving mode.
2. Features of dispersion combustion system: The flame in the furnace forms a vortex shape, which has low burning loss to raw materials; when the temperature in the furnace is greater than 600 °C, the system automatically switches from the fast smelting mode to the energy-saving mode.
3. Features of the regenerative dispersive composite combustion system: the regenerative burner is used in the furnace at a low temperature, and the temperature rises rapidly. When the temperature in the furnace is higher than 800 °C, the dispersive burner is automatically switched, so that the natural gas can realize dispersive combustion in the furnace. , to achieve the effect of low temperature heat storage and high temperature dispersion. (The compound combustion system can control nitrogen oxide emissions to <100mg/Nm³)
