Application Range:

Product Description
1) Furnace body
The vacuum chamber has a double-layer structure, and the upper part of the vacuum chamber is equipped with an observation window. During melting, the monitoring system transmits it to the display screen in the control room through the camera.
The hydraulic cylinders are respectively located on the two columns of the support, and the hydraulic cylinders are stretched and retracted to realize the lifting of the vacuum chamber through the operation of the hydraulic station.
The industrial monitoring system consists of 2 cameras, 1 industrial monitor, etc. The images captured by the camera are displayed on the monitor, and the ring-shaped molten metal pool can be clearly observed in the main control room.
The electric control system is centrally controlled by a large control cabinet with an operating console.
- The control system composed of upper computer and PLC can realize the automatic control function.
- Equipment operation has manual and automatic functions.
- Adopt PLC automatic control and equipment on-site control two operation modes.
4. The smelting process control has the following functions: data acquisition, process model management, automatic cycle control, and alarm log.
5. Provide various furnace body and smelting safety (such as when cooling water, furnace pressure, clamping device, etc. are abnormal) protection and linkage.
6. Process parameters are automatically recorded and displayed
