Introduction: Vacuum induction melting furnace is mainly used to produce high temperature alloy and special steel. We can provide you with vacuum induction melting equipment with a capacity range of 500kg-30ton.

Application Range:
1) The vacuum induction melting furnace process can precisely control the chemical composition of the alloy. For example, when nickel-based, cobalt-based, and iron-based superalloys are melted in a vacuum induction melting furnace, their thermal processing performance and mechanical properties are significantly improved.

2) Such as stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, ultra-high-strength steel, tool steel, bearing steel, as well as magnetic materials, elastic alloys, expansion alloys, etc., are melted by vacuum induction melting furnaces, which can ensure their material properties and quality.

Product Description

 

1) Furnace body 
The vacuum chamber has a double-layer structure, and the upper part of the vacuum chamber is equipped with an observation window. During melting, the monitoring system transmits it to the display screen in the control room through the camera.
The hydraulic cylinders are respectively located on the two columns of the support, and the hydraulic cylinders are stretched and retracted to realize the lifting of the vacuum chamber through the operation of the hydraulic station.
The industrial monitoring system consists of 2 cameras, 1 industrial monitor, etc. The images captured by the camera are displayed on the monitor, and the ring-shaped molten metal pool can be clearly observed in the main control room.

The electric control system is centrally controlled by a large control cabinet with an operating console.

1.  The control system composed of upper computer and PLC can realize the automatic control function.
2. Equipment operation has manual and automatic functions.
3.  Adopt PLC automatic control and equipment on-site control two operation modes.

4. The smelting process control has the following functions: data acquisition, process model management, automatic cycle control, and alarm log.

5. Provide various furnace body and smelting safety (such as when cooling water, furnace pressure, clamping device, etc. are abnormal) protection and linkage.
6. Process parameters are automatically recorded and displayed

Furnace will be customized to meet your production needing and environmental condition (maximum ambient temperate, humidity, altitude,etc) .

2) Drawings delivery
Technical drawing will be send to the buyer after geting the deposite, so the buyer can build basic contruction before the furnace arrived.

3) Acceptance check before delivery
a. The supply of the inspection equipment complies with the scope of supply and technical specifications in the technical agreement.
b. Check the mechanical actions of the equipment.
c. Safety interlock of equipment and alarm function test.

4) Installation & debugging & worker training

a. Cooperate with guidance to check the buyer installation work;
b. Internal and electrical wiring connections between equipment;
c. Site commissioning;, according to the actual equipment adjust to the best state;
d. Direct buyer operating personnel to the correct use of operating equipment;
e. Guidance on site security considerations;
f. To guide the buyer maintenance personnel troubleshooting methods;
g. Provide equipment specification;
